Battery went from 80% to 1%

my guy, this is microsoft support. but you could have a battery draining app. so how long did it stay off

Go and replace the battery if this happens multiple times.

I think you need to go to Apple support for this not Microsoft support.

I stopped using my mac at around 12:30pm and now it’s 10pm and my battery was at 1% when I turned it on.. the battery level says it just went down a normal amount but it doesn’t show a huge drop from 80 to 1%. Does anyone know why this happened?
