Audio driver issue in my upgraded win 10

I recently upgraded my win 7 to 10 but my pc is old . I had sound driver issue in win 7 but ignored it and upgraded to win 10 but still having the problem of "NO AUDIO OUTPUT DEVICES INSTALLED". I tried bunch of youtube videos but of no use. Someone help me please..

    Open Device Manager, and make sure you've audio drivers installed and properly working.

    You can visit your device manufacturer's website to download audio drivers for your system model. 

    Try updating audio drivers to latest version. 

    Or if you've already updated them, try to roll back previous version to see if that works.

    If issue still persists, try installing the legacy audio driver as described here:
