As of two weeks ago there are sites I can't log into
This happens on some sites when I try to log in (my bank, my pharmacy). I have reset hardware, deleted history in browsers, flushed DNS, tried other DNS, tried 3 different browsers, and rolled back to a previous version of Windows 11. tried with Windows Defender firewall and anti virus disabled. I am at a loss. I often get a screen as shown (attached). It counts down and then I get a blank screen. help please !

Run a thorough scan with Malwarebytes or another trusted malware scanner.Even if you have an antivirus, some malware can interfere with browser operations.
One user reported that even after disconnecting their VPN, leftover DNS settings continued causing problems until they uninstalled the VPN completely.
