April Patch Tuesday ignored by Windows Update
Hi, I have Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC Version 1809 Build 17763.4131 which up to March has correctly installed the Patch Tuesday updates, but not the latest one for April which is ignored instead. ...

When you say that many or all have the same problem, are you referring to those who installed the same version of my os ?
Should I wait for a solution from MS or proceed with a reset of the Windows Update components ?

I have exactly the same issue here. Updated last month without issue but no updates offered this month.
