Apps Removal and other Suggestions

Dear Microsoft 

I would like the ability to remove all the apps installed on Windows 10. Some are useful. However a lot are useless to me.

Let me download the apps from the store. With exception of Mail app.

I would also like the ability not to download updates all at one go. Let me decide when to update.
