Anyone using Windows 10 IoT Enterprise (Non-LTSC) for gaming?

Windows IoT Enterprise is binary-equivalent to Windows Enterprise, so Windows drivers and many desktop games can run. However, Microsoft positions and licenses IoT Enterprise for fixed-purpose devices, not as a general-purpose gaming edition. The attached image says Windows 11 IoT Enterprise while the question says Windows 10 non-LTSC, so first confirm the edition and version in Settings > System > About or winver. On a properly licensed evaluation device, verify the GPU vendor driver installs, DirectX diagnostics are clean, required Microsoft Store or Xbox components are present, and each game’s anti-cheat supports that build. General Availability Channel receives feature servicing, unlike LTSC, so compatibility can change with updates. For a gaming PC, Windows Home or Pro is the safer supported choice and avoids IoT licensing uncertainty. Do not switch editions for perceived performance; benchmark the same driver, game build, power plan, and hardware before attributing differences to the edition.
