Any way to turn off Windows 11 upgrade prompt?

Is it possible to turn it off as I don't want to upgrade though this PC does meet all the system requirements.

    Add this key to registry (TargetReleaseVersion) to block the message:

    Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate

If you were once a Windows Insider, and then rolled back to Windows 10, check your settings. Ensure you're not enrolled in any previews or beta programs related to Windows 11 updates in your Microsoft account settings.
