VLSC is Microsoft's dedicated platform for volume licensing customers—primarily businesses, organizations, and enterprises that have purchased Windows licenses in bulk through a Volume Licensing agreement. Unlike the public-facing Evaluation Center, VLSC provides permanent access to ISO files, including older LTSC versions that have been removed from public channels.

To access VLSC for a Windows 10 LTSC ISO download, you must have:

  • A valid Volume Licensing agreement with Microsoft (purchased through an authorized reseller)
  • A Microsoft account linked to that volume licensing agreement
  • The correct license entitlement for the specific LTSC version you need

 

Step-by-Step of Windows 10 LTSC ISO download:

1. Go to the VLSC website

2. Sign in with your Microsoft account credentials

3. Click "Downloads and Keys" from the top navigation menu

4. Select "Product Downloads" from the dropdown menu

5. Locate and select your desired LTSC product

6. Choose your preferred language and edition

7. Click "Download" to begin the ISO download
