Any good meta data remover I can use on Windows 10?
I need to remove the EXIF metadata from a batch of photos, along with metadata from some videos and PDF files, before sharing them. Doing this one file at a time manually isn't really practical given...

Photos can contain hidden EXIF information such as camera model, capture date, software details, and sometimes location-related data. For users looking for an image meta data remover, ExifCleaner provides a straightforward way to load images, inspect their EXIF state, and clean metadata before the files are shared with other people.
How to image meta data remover
- Open the program and click Add Image(s) on the toolbar. Select one or multiple images from your computer, and they will appear in the Image List on the left side of the window.
- Select an image from the list. Check the Exif State column to see whether metadata is present, then review the metadata information displayed in the lower-right panel.
- For a straightforward metadata cleanup, select the images you want to process and click Quick Clean on the toolbar. The program will remove the supported EXIF information using its cleaning settings.
- When you want more control over what is cleaned, click Clean Setup before starting. Review the available cleaning options and configure them according to the metadata you want removed.
- Run the cleaning process after confirming your settings. For multiple images, make sure all of the intended files are included in the Image List before processing them.
- Select the cleaned images again and check their EXIF information to verify the result. Open the resulting image files as well to make sure they still display correctly before sharing or deleting the originals.
Removing metadata can reduce the amount of hidden information attached to photos without requiring you to manually edit individual EXIF fields. It is still a good idea to keep an original copy until you have confirmed that the cleaned images look correct and that the metadata you wanted to remove is no longer present.
