An issue regarding system variable %temp%

Hello Microsoft Team,

I am facing an issue with my Windows 10. I am trying to reach Windows Temporary Files using system variable %temp%, then not able to open the same, but getting following messages "How do you want to open this file?" in attached pic2.

Please help me to resolve the same issue.
