Am I weird for still using windows 10 in 2025?
Because it went out of support, people are upgrading to windows 11 asap. But I simply don't want to.

Windows 10 is still a stable and secure operating system, and Microsoft continues to provide security updates and patches.

Windows 11 is good to go now if your device meets all system requirements.

That's completely understandable. Not everyone wants to upgrade to Windows 11, especially if you're comfortable with Windows 10 or have specific reasons for sticking with it. Windows 10 continues to receive security updates and support until October 14, 2025, so you can continue using it safely for now.

Continue installing the latest cumulative updates and security patches for Windows 10. Use Windows Update regularly to ensure your system benefits from security improvements.
Nothing like that.
You can still enroll in Extended Security Updates.
This will ensure you keep receiving important updates.
Hope this helps!

No, you’re not weird at all for still using Windows 10 in 2025. A lot of people and even organizations continue using it because it’s stable, familiar, and supports most software without issues. Many users prefer Windows 10’s interface, and some older systems actually run better on it than on Windows 11. As long as your system is secure, updated, and working well for your needs, there’s nothing wrong with sticking with Windows 10. People upgrade when they feel ready—not because of trends.
