All the app icons on my Windows 10 system have turned into Zotero

I'm using an older Lenovo ThinkPad running Windows 10 Education (22H2), and recently many of my application icons have been replaced with Zotero icons. To make matters worse, any items I've pinned to the taskbar also appear as Zotero. The programs still run, but the icons are all messed up.

Specs: i3-7100U, 8GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics 620.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?
