After updating to Windows 10, the system got stuck in an infinite loop of automatic repair.

After restarting due to an update, the computer entered an infinite loop of automatic repair. Attempts to access the advanced options interface failed because the “Startup Settings” option did not appear in the menu, preventing entry into Safe Mode or disabling automatic restart via conventional methods. Seeking alternative viable solutions.

I know im very late, but The ONLY method that always works for me, for some reason: is force a shutdown, remove RAM sticks, put them again in the slots and hit Power. It start up right away.
