After updating to Windows 10, some fonts appear as squares or garbled characters

After installing system updates, Traditional Chinese characters or special symbols in some applications or web pages do not display properly and appear as □□ or garbled characters. I have tried checking the region and language settings and reinstalling the fonts, but the problem has not been fully resolved.
