After opening the preview pane with a keyboard shortcut, the preview area appears blank

After pressing Alt + P in File Explorer to open the preview pane, the preview area appears blank when selecting files that support previews.

Previews still do not work properly even after attempting to re-register the preview handler and restarting File Explorer.

Some file types can be previewed, but others cannot.
