Change File Ownership.
- Right-click on the file or folder you want to delete and select Properties.
- Go to the Security tab and click Advanced.
- Look for the Owner field at the top. If it says "SYSTEM" or another user:
- Click Change next to the owner name.
- Type your Windows username (or type Administrators and click Check Names).
- Click OK, then Apply > OK.
- Try deleting the file again.

They've got these tools, apparently, WOA installers, I guess it's the cool acronym nowadays. They are using these tools to put Windows on these old phones! And Raspberry Pis! I mean, I love Raspberry Pis! My kids built a whole smart-home system on one. They can control the lights, the thermostat... and they've figured out how to order pizza without me knowing. Sneaky little geniuses.
Hello,
Try taking ownership of the files you want to delete and then try deleting (works with Windows 11):
