Adding all exes in my game folder to firewall blocklist

you can't do it with the built-in Windows 10 firewall tools, you would need to install a 3rd party software like this:
Firewall App Blocker (Fab) v1.6
https://www.sordum.org/8125/firewall-app-blocker-fab-v1-6/
it does support adding a folder to Windows firewall. it can scan that folder for all the available .exe files and automatically add them to the Windows firewall outgoing list and block them.
without that software (which is portable And freeware), you would need to do it all manually, hope that helps 🙂
