1.Check for Windows Updates

Make sure your system is fully updated. Sometimes, missing features can be due to incomplete updates.

2. Use Keyboard Shortcuts
If the option is missing but not completely disabled, you can still use keyboard shortcuts:
Alt + F4 can bring up the shutdown dialog if you're on the desktop.
Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete, then select the power icon in the bottom right corner.
3. Check Group Policy Settings
If you are on a managed network, group policies might disable certain features.
If you have access, check the Group Policy Editor:
Press Win + R, type gpedit.msc, and hit Enter.
