Abnormal service error in sync app on windows 10

Hi, I have a dxp4800plus and I'm trying to set a sync in the nas app for a folder of my windows 10 pc. But it throws out this "abnormal service" error. Can you help me?

I tried as ugreen said to delete my folder: C:\Users\your_username\AppData\Roaming\UGREEN_Nas_Pro\apps\syncSpace

And then i restarted the sync app and ugreen app, but it continue to give me that error. How can i fix it ?
