A weird noise keeps randomly appearing

I been getting weird noises for few months and it's absolutely annoying, and it's concerning given that it appears from the system with no apps, sometimes it just goes away on boot sometimes it comes back, which it did and i managed to capture it with Audocity

I would absolutely appreciate if someone finds a solution for this, it's not from any game or program it's seriously from background and i can't find anything that might be causing it on task manager (Dont mind the (2) the first file was stuck on edge and i could't rename or delete it)

    Hi.

    This may indicate a power supply failure which require replacement.

    If you're uncomfortable opening your PC or handling hardware, consider consulting a professional technician. Persistent coil whine or hardware faults can sometimes indicate a failing component that needs replacement.
