Of course you can do it!
Your System Version is already outdated - this is the cause of your problems .
It is good that you write about it - because updating features is very important
so that other updates have a common environment.

Deleted thanks. I did try to install the feature update but it failed as well after Windows tried to install the other failed updates first. I then contacted Microsoft support via chat and the tech guided me to the media creation tool to install the update, which was successful. This computer had not been used for quite some time which is how it got so far behind. Thanks for your advice
