.webp and Photos app visual Serach

Okay, how do I get this add on!

There doesn't seem to be a link to store page,
just make sure Photos app is up to date and Windows store is working, sign into Photos app, go to settings and turn on people, that add-on should be automatically downloaded.
I never install it manually.
- Yes, the lin redirected me to the store which says I have it installed. I always have my apps updated and it is still not there
- Well that's strange then, we are probably not doing something correctly
