.webp and Photos app visual Serach
Hi. After reading some issues in the answers.microsoft.com about photos and I realize that some of these features are indeed missing. I do like the option to visual search in the photos app, but ...
Photos app automatically downloads an addon that provides visual search.
it's not gone, peoples tab in photos app is the place for it.
keep your app up to date,
go to settings to set default app for .webp file and set it to Photos app, if it can't be set then it won't support it.

There doesn't seem to be a link to store page,
just make sure Photos app is up to date and Windows store is working, sign into Photos app, go to settings and turn on people, that add-on should be automatically downloaded.
I never install it manually.
- Yes, the lin redirected me to the store which says I have it installed. I always have my apps updated and it is still not there
