Deleted are you using the latest build for Windows 10?
Are you seeing same behavior in other devices?
How about English language Windows?
I recommend change screen resolution for your PC and see if there is any different and if not, open start and search for feedback and open Feedback Hub app and report this issue. Make sure add screenshot and any valuable information.

  In case you need to file a feedback , make sure explain everything in details and share steps to reproduce the problem. This way it would be easier for Windows team to investigate the issue.
