蓝屏resource_not_owned
您好，我今天使用WPS打开ppt的时候会蓝屏，蓝屏代码resource_not_owned。重启或者重新安装软件无效。

is your Windows 10 up to date? (latest version is 20H2 at the moment)
is your software up to date? using the latest version?
