Server 2022 lost RDgateway role during install of March Updates, what would cause that bug?
After the install of March updates on Server 2022, they lost the RDgateway role. What in the Server 2022 patches would specifically trigger this side effect? I did not see this on 2019 or 2016 servers so the bug is unique to 2022.

We had the exact same thing occur in our site this past weekend, both of our Connection Broker servers running on Windows Server 2022 uninstalled the connection broker role services after applying the March update. It took us a short while to figure out that the services were missing, because who in their right mind would suspect a server uninstalling a role by itself?

- That's a different symptom. These folks report that the role was removed during the servicing process.
