Reducing the Upgrade Time
What are you doing to reduce the time it takes to upgrade a machine from one version of Windows to the next? Desktops aren't too much of an issue, but taking a laptop offline for 1+ hour is a difficult one to sell to the business, especially when it is scaled out to 30k+ devices (30k*1hr = 3.4 years of lost productivity!)

Agree with this completely. Perhaps we can do a pre-upgrade analysis and copy over the bits needed in advance then trigger the upgrade?
