What are you doing to reduce the time it takes to upgrade a machine from one version of Windows to the next? Desktops aren't too much of an issue, but taking a laptop offline for 1+ hour is a difficu...
Agree with this completely. Perhaps we can do a pre-upgrade analysis and copy over the bits needed in advance then trigger the upgrade?
