My 25+ years Microsoft account got hacked by someone with bibimail, and I can't recover it
My email of 20 years was also hacked by some bibimail domain on the same day. And the account recovery process has been useless so far. None of my emails get replied. All the support tickets i opened said they could not give me a timeline. I tried to get an actual person to reply me but no luck so far.

Nope. It's just impossible without somehow hacking it back myself, and I can't bother enough.
I was still connected on my computer for a day or two, I nuked all contacts and messages (it may have done nothing, but just in case), and changed all email for all sites and apps that used my old account. If the hacker installs a two-factors authentication method, there is nothing the Microsoft clankers can do to help, and they have no human to talk to anymore.
