Outlook Plugin Error

We have started testing Viva Sales and we have one user where the Viva Sales panel in Outlook is blank, they are not able to link to our Salesforce CRM. It does work normally for 5 other users. Has anyone come across this yet?

 

After turning on debugging we are getting:

 

Error line 76 office.js has not fully loaded

    JoelC76 are you experiencing this on Outlook Web or on Outlook Desktop app? If it is outlook web, can the user try logging in and logging out of Outlook once? Also, try a different browser.

      This only occurs on the Outlook Desktop App, the Web App works fine.
