How to Disable CoPilot
- Aug 14, 2023To uninstall "Sales Copilot", follow the steps in the section "Uninstall Sales Copilot Outlook add-in" to remove the Outlook add-in and "Uninstall Sales Copilot app for Microsoft Teams" to remove the Teams app from this document: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/install-sales-copilot-a70ae8aa-19cf-412d-becb-448a128951c0 I hope that helps, Sam
1. Open https://aka.ms/olksideload. If required, sign in to your Microsoft Outlook account.
2. In the Add-Ins for Outlook window, select My add-ins in the left pane.
3. On the Sales Copilot for Microsoft Outlook card, select Manage Add-In (...) at the bottom-right, and then select Remove.
thanks,
Sam

So for us, since it was autodeployed, each user has to remove it by themselves, unfortunately. We also had to disable it here:
I noticed that it's still available from the Outlook Addins, though. Let's see how it goes.

Microsoft
That MAC setting is to remove the banner that appears in new emails and looks like below.
This message will only show in up to two emails a day only on emails that have external email addresses, so that sellers interacting with customers can easily open Sales Copilot to manage the seller.
The documents on this setting can be found here: Configure Sales Copilot for Microsoft 365 apps | Microsoft Learn.
Once disabled, existing messages will still have the banner on them, but it will no longer stamp new emails with the banner.
