Are you sure you don't still have the add-in installed - can you double check here in OWA:
1. Open https://aka.ms/olksideload. If required, sign in to your Microsoft Outlook account.
2. In the Add-Ins for Outlook window, select My add-ins in the left pane.
3. On the Sales Copilot for Microsoft Outlook card, select Manage Add-In (...) at the bottom-right, and then select Remove.

So for us, since it was autodeployed, each user has to remove it by themselves, unfortunately. We also had to disable it here:
I noticed that it's still available from the Outlook Addins, though. Let's see how it goes.

That MAC setting is to remove the banner that appears in new emails and looks like below.
This message will only show in up to two emails a day only on emails that have external email addresses, so that sellers interacting with customers can easily open Sales Copilot to manage the seller.
The documents on this setting can be found here: Configure Sales Copilot for Microsoft 365 apps | Microsoft Learn.
Once disabled, existing messages will still have the banner on them, but it will no longer stamp new emails with the banner.

- colonel_claypooOct 02, 2023Iron ContributorHey there. Have you found a solution yet? We have disabled (removed) it from the Active add-ins here and also disabled it in the Power Platform's admin center and blocked the app in the Teams app store. Still shows up in e-mails. Did you find a solution kweezy?

There are 2 ways to uninstall it first is to uninstall the add-in for the user and follow the steps here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-sales-copilot/deploy-viva-sales-d365#how-to-uninstall-auto-installed-apps which points to instructions here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-sales-copilot/install-sales-copilot#uninstall-sales-copilot-outlook-add-in
I've also copied them below:
Also the email banner can be disabled for the whole tenant within the M365 admin center:
Which is documented here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-sales-copilot/m365-admin-setting
Hope that helps,
Sam
