Error Message

Hello

I have a model driven app and and deployed viva sales.

For licences I have Microsoft 365 Business Standards and Power Apps per User .

I could deploy Viva Sales but when I open it in outlook, an error message appears :

Is there a solution to install in the model driven app ?

  • Viva Sales needs to connect to a CRM - D365 Sales or Salesforce. A model driven or canvas Power App is not Dynamics 365 Sales or Salesforce and therefore does not connect to Viva Sales.
    However, next week we are releasing a version of Viva Sales with limited capabilities (which include copilot generated email summaries) in disconnected-CRM mode. Once that release is out you should be able to partially use Viva Sales, but to unlock its full capabilities you'll need to connect it to a CRM.
