Is it possible to trigger survey after completion of Viva Learning content
In Viva learning, after completing the training whether we could able to trigger the survey to Power apps Survey by or ignite the link SPFx survey

These knowledge checks are not natively supported in Viva Learning. but these sorts of things will flow into Viva Learning from a connected LMS. Viva Learning doesn't track results or tie these to completion, the records would reside with the LMS, and "success" or completion of a survey, quiz, etc would depend upon how the LMS stores or interprets that data.
