Active employees import problem

What Kind of errors are you faceing ?
It shows in the system that there are 0 employees to import to the list. And I also get an email notification that the import was unsuccessful.

Hi jennalister , we opened a ticket. You should have company administrator access and be added as an active employee to be able to import active employees.
