Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I am not able to try using an incognito window.
So what happened was that before, we did historical imports which increased the total number of employees and exceeded the available glint licenses. Our mentor for historical import mentioned that we will need to do a fresh upload to overcome the licenses problem. However, when we did that, I was kicked out as I am not part of the list. The client quickly added me back in as a company admin but since then, I am not able to log in!

Jun 19, 2024Hello Jing_Ying_Choon, most likely when you were removed, you were moved to an inactive status. You will need to have someone manually activate your account directly within Glint, or another file will need to be loaded with you as an active status.
