Thank you very much Nicolas, for your answer. This helps me to clear a lot of doubts. It has happened to me that the residence of the data is not in Europe (where I am) but in the United States, and for that I have to go through a longer and more time consuming process.
Check if they can move it or need to reprovision your engage instance to Europe, But cause a reproviosning might be a complete dataloss.
