Is is possible to get a confirmation, or a simple report which announcements were sent via email?
Hello,
I have set my Viva Engage community, which is going to be used to send periodic announcement to a specific group of members (around 1K managers in the company). I tested sending an announcement feature and it works really great, as it also sends a notification to MS Teams to the users.
I'm wondering if there's any way of getting a confirmation from Viva Engage who received the announcement? Just like the way we can do it in Outlook by going to 'Sent items' and saving the email where we can see the list of recipients.
The reason I'm asking for that is because the Viva community is going to notify about upcoming mandatory user access reviews and such a confirmation file/report is required as a proof that the communication was sent to all required people.

- Possible you could get a report out of Exchange admin for the receipt of the emails. It isn't in sent email because the app is sending, not yourself.

This is a good reason to maybe use traditional email instead.
