Sorry for bothering you so quickly. I have these questions, hope you can help me.

  • About purchasing the license, is it necessary for all users to have the license or can we only purchase it for a few users who need to use this functionality?
  • Do you know if we could schedule more than one post?

Only the users that needs it for this function 🙂 

 

But I strongly recommend this license for all users in the future in due to it's value.

Alot of the functionality included makes it really worth it's money, such as  Announcements in Viva Connections and Answers in Viva Engage etc.

 

If you're using SharePoint as an intranet, then I would also recommend you to purchase some extra of this license for the people who do internal communication and try out Viva amplify while you're at it 🙂  (if they are not the same people needing the functionality above)

You should be able to schedule  multiple posts, but I've not tried it
