Cannot find any group/community in Viva Engage
With the new Viva Engage, I cannot find any group or community outside my network. How can I join a Microsoft group like the "Preview Early Access" one?
When going to "All groups", I am getting this message: "There just aren't any groups to join yet. To start working in Viva Engage, create a group for any team, project, or event you’re a part of."
When trying to access the link available on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/guidance/roles/join-viva-engage , I am getting this message: "The exact page you’re looking for isn’t here. But the information you’re looking for is somewhere out there."
I also tried logging with my personal e-mail (as suggested in the known issues for EU customers section), but I cannot even login to Viva Engage.

- Typically you would be invited to the group (or external network) and then switch to it using the "Globe" icon (next to the smile / feedback icon on the M365 toolbar)
- Francesca_PaoliniCopper ContributorBut how do I get invited? As I mentioned above, when I click the link where to request to join, I am getting an error.
And if I check the Globe icon, I can only see the home network.- AnthonyLPBrass Contributor
You must to be invited by a CSU or a CSM
