All Company Community: Posting Error

Is anyone else getting the error message- try again later when trying to upload a document or post a picture in the All Company community?  I am not having an issue doing this task in other communities, just the All Company community. I have done this task many, many times in this All Company community with no error. 

Not sure what is going on. Very frustrating.
