Use announcements in Viva Connections
Hi, does anyone know the error shown in the attachment
"A problem occurred while sending the announcement. Please try again." ?
All users have a Viva Suite license, and the creator has owner rights on the SharePoint page.

- Is only the user getting the error or is everyone ?
Have you tried using teams in the browser instead, are you getting the same error?- Hi Nicolas, I have tried it in Teams (new) Client and Browser in the Standard Connection Home experience as well as on the web in SharePoint. And I also tried it with another user with the same requirements, unfortunately with the same error message.
- Can you post a screenshot of the developer console in the browser so I can see what error you're getting?
