User cannot create group from scratch
Hi all,
One of our customers is looking to transition to teams from SfB. When trying to create a team, he only has the option to create a team from a group, not from scratch. Any ideas? I feel like I'm probably overlooking something incredibly obvious.

In the resolution, team creation was restricted and the user wasn't part of the security group which was allowed to create Teams from scratch
