Teams upgrade postponed
We are trying to upgrade Teams. We have never used SfB and just need to start using Teams. We postponed the upgrade over 1 year ok but now want to complete the upgrade. Does anyone know how to do it.
there is nothing in the Teams or m365 admin centre to complete the move to Teams
I have already set the mode in the Teams admin centre from island to teams only
I have tried the power shell options.
MS are no help.

See here:

You would set all your users and your organisation to Teams only in the Teams Admin Centre. This should be under Org Wide Settings > Teams Upgrade. Once done everyone should be on Teams only and no longer need to use Skype for Business.
You can also, belts and braces, use Powershell to ensure all users and the organisation is Teams Only. See this article

Once done, there is nothing more you should need to do. The Teams Admin Centre should show Teams Only and there should not be a way to change it back. Powershell is typically recommended as there can be issues with Teams Admin Centre from time to time
Hope that answers your question
Best, Chris
