Skypefor Business Server (on-prem) was shut down,some users were unfortunately not migrated to teams
SFB-Server was shut down and is no longer available. some users were unfortunately not migrated to teams. is there a possibility to migrate these users to teams? move-csuser command no longer works.

Changed the SRV Entry on the AD User Object Attributes - msRTCSIP-DeploymentLocator to sipfed.online.lync.com
then the User can be changed to TeamsOnly
