Hello. Following this doc https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-teams-blog/skype-for-business-online-to-be-retired-in-2021/ba-p/777833 SfB Online will be retired in 2021. Right now most of my users are on SfB OnPrem. We have setup Hybrid Mode so some of my users are on Teams with Teams Only mode. Will that SfBO decomission impact my current state?

msabat Hybrid connectivity will remain between onprem to O365 and you will be able to move users from onprem directly to Teams, however you will not have an option to move them SfBO and have them sign in there.

    We will share more of the details as we get closer to the EoS date for SFBO. Rest assured that federation, hybrid and migrations will not be impacted when we retire the Skype Online service.

It would be strange movement from Microsoft if they close the Skype online totally. Look shooting own foot. There are still tons of the Skype on-premises setups which are waiting to get Teams even a bit more ready. As an additional, Teams itself have connections to Skype online.

So, I have not heard but, I believe some components from Skype online are not closed until Teams is not anymore depended of Skype online, and also when Skype Hybrid setups are not needed anymore.
