Hi SteveBerkholz, currently Microsoft does not support it to have a mismatch between configured OnPrem SIP domains and the SfB Online/Teams SIP domains. The domains in your OnPrem topology should match to the ones in SfB Online.
If not, the communication between OnPrem and SfB Online users will be interrupted.
