not worrying about that as we're already on the way to MS Teams

so Skype On-prem > Hybrid > Teams Only mode

that way you then start to provision New users direct to Teams skipping the S4B steps etc.

Then in 2021 or earlier we plan to remove all S4B from our environment, as the online is EOL and on-prem wont be in use.

Overall goal for us is to get all users to MS Teams.

ok but what is the actual process for removing the Lync Server 2013 from on-premise? do you just uninstall?
