RealTime_M365 Hi Satish.
Hope you well. Quick one.
So I ran all the steps in this guide:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/archive/blogs/fasttracktips/decommissioning-skypelync-on-premises
After running all these steps do I just remove the server from the domain and that's it?

If I read this KB Microsoft says "....Do not run Disable-CsUser in the on-premises environment..." and "....Clearing the on-premises msRTCSIP attributes after you have migrated from on-premises could result in loss of service for users!"
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/skypeforbusiness/hybrid/cloud-consolidation-disabling-hybrid
I have always run disable-csuser and checked in legacy portal that users turn into in cloud users and never had any issues.
Feels strange that old users in on-prem has these attributes defined but new users probably not will have any of these attributes set..
