Abiblity to attach meeting to content to a meeting invite
In Skype you can attach meeting content to the meeting invite, that way users that are invited can read the content before the meeting. I can't seem to find any mention about this feature in Teams anywhere, does anyone know anything? Asking for a friend...
- Hi Jimmy Hang
You can't when you first book it, there is a uservoice on that here
https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/38578102-add-attachments-to-team-meeting-invitations
However, what you can do is after booking the meeting, open the meeting (by either opening up the calendar item in Teams or Joining the meeting and there either 1.) Add Meeting Notes or 2.) Upload a File which is added to the meeting. Others can then see when they click on the meeting
Obviously it would be ideal to do it at the point of booking, but there is a workaround
Hope that answers your question!
Best, Chris

ChrisHoardMVP, thanks mate, as expected it's not working that well for external users, anyway I've voted, hopefully others will do to..
- It would be great to understand the experience for external users. Are you referring here to users who do not use Teams? This is so I can feed back to the product groups
